Privacy Notice & Terms of Participation

When you register we collect your full name, work email address, organisation, job title, country or market, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, website and address. If you capture or upload a business card, the card image is used to read these details for you to review before anything is saved.

The card image is used only to extract your registration details, which you review and can correct before saving. The raw card image is never displayed in the dashboard, in participant outputs or in any public export.

Your details are used to run the workshop: reserving your seat, linking your workshop answers to your registration, and producing your country intervention model and A4 summary. The dashboard shows only your name and organisation; it does not display your card image or email address.

Your answers are saved securely against your registration so you can pause and resume on the same device. Your confirmed contribution may join the wider Reading Nation evidence map without exposing your business card or private contact details.

During registration you are asked to confirm that you have read and understood this notice. We record the notice version and the time of your acknowledgement against your registration.
